Who we are

This website is operated by TDM Marketing, a Google Business Profile management business owned by Amanda Tento and based in York, Pennsylvania. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean TDM Marketing.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out the free profile check form or the referral partner form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, business or company name, phone number if you give it, your website or Google Business Profile link, your payout preference (partner form), and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to run and secure the site.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the general location (like city or region), and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. We use these reports to improve the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or sell information to anyone.

How we use it

• To respond to your profile check, audit, or partnership request
• To review your profile and talk with you about our services
• To manage a client or referral partner relationship if you choose to work with us, including referral payouts
• To keep the website secure and working properly

We will not add you to a marketing email list unless you ask to be added.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Website hosting: Hostinger hosts this site and stores form submissions and server logs.
• Email: form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox.
• Analytics: Google Analytics, provided by Google, receives information about your visit, including your IP address, to produce usage reports for us. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s browser add-on.
• Fonts: the site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google.
• Hosting tools: the site loads a script from Hostinger’s content delivery network as part of the hosting platform’s tools.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site uses cookies needed for it to work, such as cookies that keep site administrators logged in, and Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga) that measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client or partner, for the length of that relationship plus any period required for tax or accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
