Referral partner terms
How the TDM Marketing referral partner program works, how payouts are earned, and when they are paid.
Effective October 13, 2026
Who these terms are between
These terms are between The Determined Mom LLC, a Washington limited liability company registered to do business in Pennsylvania, doing business as TDM Marketing ("TDM"), and the person or firm who submits the referral partner sign-up form ("Partner"). Partner accepts these terms by checking the agreement box on the sign-up form. There is no cost to join.
What counts as a referral
A qualifying referral is a business that Partner introduces to TDM by email or a warm handoff, and that:
- is not already a TDM client, and has not been in active conversation with TDM in the 90 days before the introduction; and
- signs up for TDM's monthly Google Business Profile management and pays its first invoice within 90 days after the introduction.
One-time projects, such as a standalone profile optimization or a Listing Audit, do not earn a payout. If two partners introduce the same business, the first introduction TDM receives counts.
Payout options
Partner chooses one payout option on the sign-up form. It applies to every qualifying referral unless Partner switches by email, and a switch applies only to referrals introduced after that email.
- Option A, flat fee: $150 for each qualifying referral, paid once.
- Option B, revenue share: 15% of the monthly management fees TDM actually receives from each qualifying referral, for as long as that business remains a monthly management client. Setup fees, taxes, and refunded amounts are not included.
When payouts are paid
Option A is paid by the 15th of the month after the referred client's first payment clears. Option B is paid by the 15th of each month for the fees TDM received the month before. Each payout comes with a short summary of what it covers.
Refunds and chargebacks
No payout is owed on any amount TDM refunds or loses to a chargeback. If TDM already paid a payout on that amount, TDM may subtract it from Partner's future payouts.
Taxes
Partner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before TDM sends the first payout. Partner is responsible for its own taxes on payouts, and TDM will issue any tax forms the law requires.
Working with referred clients
- Partner's relationship with its client stays Partner's. TDM provides only Google Business Profile services to referred clients and will not offer them any other services.
- With the client's permission, TDM will copy Partner on updates when Partner asks.
- Partner may not make promises for TDM about pricing, results, or timelines, and may not sign anything on TDM's behalf.
- Partner will tell referred clients that Partner may receive a referral fee from TDM. Some professions, including accounting, have their own rules about referral fees, and Partner is responsible for following the rules that apply to it.
Ending the partnership
Either side may end the partnership at any time by email. Payouts on qualifying referrals introduced before that date continue under the option in place at the time, unless the partnership ends because Partner misrepresented TDM or broke these terms.
Changes to these terms
TDM may update these terms by emailing Partner at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Changes apply only to referrals introduced after the effective date.
General
Partner and TDM are independent businesses, and these terms do not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving York County, Pennsylvania.
